X the Luxray is able to see when he uses his X-Ray vision, however it gives him severe migrains so he doesnt that often (hence why he often needs poppyseeds)
Being an elder, X isnt too kind towards the younger pokemon in the valley and really doesnt like how things are run here. You'll see more about it later
